Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in construction project management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary, or strategic projects.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in modern project management tools and methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for complex, high-value projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and performance goals.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across multiple concurrent projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, manage project portfolios, and support long-range business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams, driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Foster effective communication across internal departments, clients, and external partners to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver clear executive-level reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Drive process improvement and change initiatives, standardizing tools, methodologies, and best practices that elevate project management performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
