Requirements
  • At least 7 years’ experience within the consumer behaviour research industry
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Awareness of how to create research proposals
  • Insatiable curiosity to always learn and use the best AI tools for research
  • Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis
  • Ability to see both the tactical and strategic implications of research findings
  • Ability to communicate complex subject matter in verbal, written, and presentation form
  • Experience building relationships across multi-disciplinary teams, without supervision, under tight deadlines
  • Experience conducting research in Global markets

Responsibilities
  • Act as a persuasive ambassador and advocate for the operational needs of the research department
  • Act as career developer and develop your personal leadership style
  • Assist in drafting academically rigourous research methodologies and approaches
  • Work with Strategy, Project Management and other departments to facilitate project efficiency and timeliness
  • Implement project management and financial analysis to ensure all projects are on time and on budget, deploy team scheduling on weekly and daily basis
  • Source and implement process improvement options and new vendors to support the operation
  • Liaise with Finance, Project Management, and HR to maintain positive administrative integration across the agency
