Automotive Sales Clerk

Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Laval, QC from Monday to Friday starting at 8:30 am and 1 weekend out of 2. As an Automotive Sales Clerk, you'll be responsible for facilitating all aspects of the car sales process, including greeting customers, negotiating prices, cleaning and preparing for vehicle delivery.

Your daily responsibilities (in addition to having lots of fun!) will include the following tasks: 

• Ensuring that vehicles are tested, information sheets completed and placed in the vehicle for sale;
• Ensuring that vehicles are clean, snow-free and ready for sale;
• Ensure that the website is up to date with the inventory of vehicles for sale;
• Prepare inventory for weekly auctions;
• Greet customers, answer questions and give advice while providing excellent customer service;
• Complete all documentation required for each transaction;
• Complete all SAAQ transactions for transfer of ownership.

Qualifications

To join our team: 

• Must speak French
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills
• Task & goal-oriented
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• At least one year's experience in a customer service environment
• Basic experience in automotive mechanics (an asset)
