Responsibilities
  • Supervise the establishment’s administrative, financial, and human-resource management, including personnel administration, absences, and payroll inputs.
  • Maintain a favorable climate for team cohesion by applying the management policy established with the director.
  • Ensure residents’ well-being and the quality of service provided within the establishment.
  • Collaborate with care teams to implement the PAP.
  • Provide temporary direction of the establishment when the director is absent.
  • Ensure compliance with established budgets.
  • Maintain relationships with residents’ families.
  • Develop an external network to support the establishment’s long-term sustainability.
