- Maintain an active, independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Virginia.
- Be a Board Certified Supervisor in Virginia.
- Have 3-5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Have strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Be able to balance clinical leadership responsibilities.
- Have experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Communicate and implement company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives for the therapy team.
- Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff.
- Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers.
- Maintain a reduced caseload while retaining clinical skills and making time for leadership responsibilities.
- Provide coaching and support.
- Participate in the hiring process.
- Identify training needs for clinical team members.
- Lead case consultation sessions.
- Provide clinical supervision to associate and licensed therapists.
- Directly manage a designated therapist cohort.
- Maintain a caseload and provide direct patient care.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
- Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.
