OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS

Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

• Lead the UX vision across a diverse product portfolio, from powerful B2B workflows to elegant, intuitive B2C health and financial experiences, with a bold roadmap toward AI-powered, agentic design.

• Be a hands-on design leader in a player-coach role, contributing high-impact design work while mentoring a growing team and championing a unified, scalable design system.

• Accelerate innovation using cutting-edge tools like Figma AI and UXPin to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on next-generation experiences.

• Drive user-centered excellence through a blend of qualitative research, data analytics, and journey mapping to uncover insights that inform smarter, more delightful experiences.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to align UX with product strategy, agile development, and strategic business goals.

• Build and scale the UX function by defining operating models, performance metrics, and the team structure needed to deliver exceptional design impact as the company grows.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Director, UX, these skills are essential for success:

• Abilities: Proven ability to lead and execute UX design for complex enterprise and consumer applications, combining deep expertise in user-centered methodologies with hands-on design skills, strategic leadership, and experience integrating AI into modern design workflows.

• Experience: 10+ years of UX and product design experience in SaaS or platform-based environments, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior IC role.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree a strong plus.

• Location: 25% in office hybrid in Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee.
