- Facilitate project intake, assessment, and approval processes.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and governance requirements, including project controls.
- Develop resource demand forecasts based on the project pipeline and strategic initiatives.
- Work with delivery leaders to identify staffing requirements and skill gaps.
- Coordinate assignment of project managers, analysts, architects, and technical resources.
- Monitor resource utilization and recommend capacity adjustments to meet changing business priorities.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and programs across the information technology portfolio.
- Review project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Ensure project managers adhere to established governance practices and reporting standards.
- Escalate risks and issues that may impact business outcomes, budgets, or timelines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and information technology leadership.
- Facilitate portfolio review meetings and executive status updates.
- Build working relationships across client, CTG, vendor, and third-party stakeholders.
- Translate business priorities into actionable project plans and resource strategies.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and project coordinators supporting client projects.
- Establish best practices for portfolio reporting, project controls, and governance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase delivery effectiveness, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
- Support strategic planning activities and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting energy, oil and gas, utilities, critical infrastructure, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library and Information Technology Service Management practices is preferred.
- Experience working within outsourced managed services environments is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project and portfolio management credentials.

The tool helps organisations quantify risk, prioritise remediation and track security improvements over time. The dashboard consolidates results from multiple security assessments into a single view, including an overall cyber resilience score and domain-level maturity indicators. Results are mapped to frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS, enabling objective benchmarking.
