Requirements
  • Strong people management skills including 3+ years of professional experience as an engineering leader working in the areas of Automation and Quality Assurance
  • Strong experience with Javascript programming and Cypress are musts. Selenium and Python are pluses. The interview process will include coding exercises
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing API, UI, mobile, load and performance automation frameworks
  • Experience in agile development methodologies with continuous integration
  • Strong communication and presentation skills allowing for clear and appropriate messaging across multiple levels/audiences
  • Demonstrated creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness

  • The base salary range for this position is $135K to $165K/year. Offered salary will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Business Wire reserves the right to modify this salary range at any time

Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Engineering technical leadership and direction to ensure meeting of projects deadlines and metrics/KPI reporting
  • Partner with development teams to assist in design solution, test strategies and scoping of feature validation
  • Coordinate with company departments and assign Quality Engineering resources to ensure projects are adequately supported for quality, compliance and improvement efforts
  • Develop, create, and troubleshoot the development of test automation frameworks, standards, procedures, processes and best practices related to test automation
  • Hire, manage and mentor the Quality Engineering team (onsite and offshore) with diverse technical backgrounds and provide ongoing performance feedback
  • Maintain and guide test automation suite execution and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and technical requirements
  • Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving issues
  • Utilize your experience in agile and test-driven development methodologies
  • Prioritize your work and manage your own time in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
