Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Management or an IT-related degree with 10 years of experience.
  • Senior-level experience and familiarity with Information Technology practices.
  • Experience serving as the Project Manager on at least one contract with an annual value over $5 million or a team size over fifteen personnel, including Cloud Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and Agile software development components.
  • Project Management Professional certification.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order.
  • Manage and oversee contractor and subcontractor personnel performing work under the task order, ensuring performance meets established standards in the Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, and requirements of the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer's Representative.
  • Oversee the performance management program for all project staff, mentor team leads, and set quantifiable employee goals.
  • Prepare and present regular program reviews, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings.
  • Anticipate customer needs, propose innovative solutions, align program outcomes with mission priorities, and propose ideas for on-contract growth.
  • Serve as the primary client relationship manager within the program office.
  • Support capture, proposal, and business development activities related to follow-on and adjacent client opportunities.
  • Handle administrative functions and liaise with the government to establish priorities and training in new technologies as needed.
  • Provide high-level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, and lifecycle costing; and conduct manpower assessments and risk management as required.
  • Manage the overall contract onsite; all sections report to this position, and this position manages the administrative aspects of the contract.
  • Ensure contract staffing and training are adequate to meet deliverables.
