Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in quality control and production within the fine jewelry industry, including familiarity with made-to-order and drop-ship business models.
  • Extensive knowledge of jewelry development and manufacturing lifecycle, materials, and advanced manufacturing techniques with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of working with ERP systems and operations process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic and creative thinker, who is a self-starter, able to adapt and execute quickly, delivering quality solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, oversee production and on-time delivery, and ensure jewelry meets quality standards before shipping.
  • Implement quality control measures, document and report issues, take corrective actions, and analyze data to improve quality and operations.
  • Manage repairs, returns, and inventory control at the vendor site, ensuring clear communication with Customer Experience and Operations teams.
  • Work with the Product Development Manager to deliver quality product samples on time, adhering to the Product Development Calendar.
