In this position, you will participate in the design, development, validation, and delivery of standard cell libraries using leading process technologies for use in the design of Intel’s next-generation SoCs and microprocessors.
Intel is seeking highly motivated students to join the Standard Cell Library Engineering Team as an Intern! We’re a vibrant team which helps drive Intel’s usage of internally designed standard cell libraries.
Candidate must exhibit the following behavioral traits/skills:

This is a remote full-time internship for 6+ months.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must be pursuing a MS degree or PhD degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field.
6+ months of knowledge and/or experience in the following:
- Understanding of database management concepts and/or SQL queries, etc.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for data analysis and automation.
Preferred Qualification:
6+ months of knowledge and/or experience in the following:
- Web page development, including HTML, CSS, and at least one JavaScript framework.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California:$63,000.00-$166,000.00
Salaryrangedependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
