  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS Product Management role OR 3+ years of relevant experience
  • History of customer-centered problem solving
  • Strong analysis, analytics and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components and then work with design and engineering to then structure solutions
  • Excellent listening and communication skills; we believe effective Product Management is contingent on asking the right questions
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a Sr Product Manager, Designers and Engineers to create powerful capabilities in our platform to help our customers manage the quality and safety of construction projects
  • Do extensive customer discovery and validation; synthesize feedback into actionable trends
  • Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process
  • Develop a deep understanding of our strategy; evangelize the product vision across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Work closely with customers and go-to-market teams to think beyond software and deliver a whole solution
  • Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse collaboration challenges to guide and communicate the value you’re creating for our customers
