We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems.
This product manager will join Procore’s Quality and Safety product team. In this role, you’ll contribute to executing product strategy for the Quality and Safety tools. As part of the Quality and Safety team you’ll work to ensure our customer base gets value out of the Quality and Safety products.
As a product manager, you’ll partner with senior product, design and engineering leads as well as the broader Q&S org to discover, clarify and evangelize the future of the product. You will use your analytic, discovery, stakeholder management and prioritization skills to enable better experiences in our product and increase adoption of our products. We are especially looking for someone who is comfortable understanding trends in product adoption, usage and has experience conducting jobs to be done evaluations. We are looking for a product manager who likes to work in a fast-paced team environment with individuals who want to grow in their career.
This position reports into Director of Product Management - Quality & Safety and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with a Sr Product Manager, Designers and Engineers to create powerful capabilities in our platform to help our customers manage the quality and safety of construction projects
- Do extensive customer discovery and validation; synthesize feedback into actionable trends
- Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process
- Develop a deep understanding of our strategy; evangelize the product vision across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Work closely with customers and go-to-market teams to think beyond software and deliver a whole solution
- Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse collaboration challenges to guide and communicate the value you’re creating for our customers
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS Product Management role OR 3+ years of relevant experience
- History of customer-centered problem solving
- Strong analysis, analytics and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components and then work with design and engineering to then structure solutions
- Excellent listening and communication skills; we believe effective Product Management is contingent on asking the right questions
