  • 5+ years building and leading end-to-end enablement programs for global Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Proven experience managing and fostering collaborative relationships with enablement tool vendors
  • Proficient in a variety of enablement and sales tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, lead generation tools, contract tools, etc.
  • Strategic and data-driven professional with a proven ability to align enablement initiatives with broader organizational objectives
  • Strong program management skills with demonstrated experience in driving projects from initial ideation through execution and maintenance phases
  • Proficient in stakeholder management
  • Experience designing and delivering large complex training programs that educate global sales and customer success teams on tooling and/or large operational changes
  • Ability to design and develop engaging and interactive training and content using a variety of adult learning modalities and methods
  • Consistent record of impacting revenue outcomes through enablement
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
