  • Self-driven HUNTER with a growth mindset

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AE selling US payroll/PEO solutions at a unicorn start-up on tech company
  • Demand generation experience
  • Proven ability to develop champions and execute a complex sales cycle
  • Experience with process/playbook selling
  • Experience at a start-up or in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce
Responsibilities
  • Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos
  • Focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth
  • Work with in-country AEs on opportunities they have sourced
  • Navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level executives
  • Collaborate and lead successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Work closely with your dedicated SDR in executing your GTM
  • Manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales
