Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar HR support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to balance competing priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and efficient logistics throughout the process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through every step of the recruitment journey and championing a seamless, positive experience.
  • Manage job postings, review applications, and maintain up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support talent acquisition initiatives, identify pipeline gaps, and refine our recruitment strategy.
  • Assist with pre-screening, candidate assessments, and background verification as required.
  • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring consistency and transparency in process delivery.
  • Support onboarding logistics after offer acceptance, helping new hires get started smoothly.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies, data privacy, and diversity standards.
