This role is for an early career Technical Program Manager(TPM) who will lead strategic initiatives through all stages from end-to-end
Develop project plan and oversees from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources
Ensure objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across the business unit. Responsible for managing schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software
Drive allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project
Interface and coordinate with internal customers to define objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.
Identify and resolve potential complications within the program and develop solutions for resolution
Serve as the voice of our business users. Ensure that our user base can get the most possible value out of the processes and tools that we develop
Achieve business process compliance and adoption by working directly with end users to understand their needs
Strong educational background in an engineering, technical, and/or business field
Ability to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to bring people together from a wide variety of organizations
Very data driven. Able to develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators and metrics that measure the value created by the programs that you lead
Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to maintain alignment across a wide range of stakeholders
Prefer candidates with interest, experience and/or education in the business side of engineering
Must be comfortable presenting program status to management
Workplace format is primarily on-site at our Santa Clara office
Prior knowledge and/or experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong plus
Helps to prepare project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Maintain matrix for process improvements.
Coordinates project schedule and task details and helps to prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling.
Helps to align the progress of resources internal to the business unit to meet project on-time and budget performance objectives.
Tracks projects cost schedule for internal and external customers.
On occasion will interface with external suppliers and monitor and report on the projects progress against quality and cost metrics.
Interfaces with internal customers and reports on progress against project objectives.

U.S. Salary Range:
$96,000.00 - $132,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
