Requirements
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Native-level German and good English.
- Empathy, understanding of intercultural differences, and teamwork.
- Resilience, responsibility, and flexibility.
- Availability for 2 to 4 consecutive weeks.
- Own accommodation at the location; accommodation is not provided and travel costs to the assignment are not covered.
- Participation in the employer's preparation seminars.
- Submission of an extended certificate of good conduct no more than 90 days old at the start of the assignment.
- Submission of a first-aid certificate covering at least 9 instructional units and valid through the assignment.
- A cover letter, current résumé, and evidence of qualifications and experience must be uploaded with the application.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct the cultural and leisure program within the existing framework.
- Design city tours, museum visits, and sports activities.
- Supervise participants during afternoons and excursions.
- Communicate with participants in German.
