Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics Customer Relationship Management 2011, 2013/2015, SAP, Siebel, Salesforce is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide CRM implementation with focus on presales/business development as well as engagement delivery.
  • Excellent understanding of MS CRM concepts, business processes and supporting MS CRM functionality.
  • Knowledge of Scribe and IFD.
  • Proven experience in presales activities including Proof of Concepts, Demos, Presentations and positioning in front of C-Level Executives.
  • Ability to envision, architect, and evangelize CRM / xRM solutions within our prospects and clients.
  • Proven experience selling consulting engagements which includes estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk.
  • An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers.
  • Ability to move between high level architectural review / design and the roll up the sleeves level of actually doing all phases of a CRM / xRM delivery project.
  • Working knowledge of specialized tools, solutions or ISV solutions is a plus.
  • Experience using Microsoft Sure Step for Project Management is preferable.
  • Knowledge of system architecture and certified in MS Dynamics CRM (Preferred).
  • Experience in Upgrade and migration Projects.
  • An understanding of Project Management principles and methods.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide CRM implementation projects with emphasis on presales and engagement delivery.
  • Conduct presales activities including Proofs of Concepts, demonstrations, presentations, and client executive briefings.
  • Architect and evangelize CRM/xRM solutions for prospects and clients.
  • Develop and present statements of work, including estimating and scoping, to set expectations and manage risk.
  • Compare and articulate architectural options between solution methods and integration approaches across different platforms.
  • Lead or contribute across all phases of CRM/xRM delivery, moving from high-level design to hands-on execution.
  • Work with specialized tools and ISV solutions as applicable.
  • Utilize Microsoft Sure Step for project management where appropriate.
  • Manage upgrade and migration projects.
  • Apply project management principles and methodologies to CRM/XRM engagements.
