Requirements
- BS or BA in business, marketing or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing including internship experience
- A true passion for brand partnerships, digital and a global environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to excellence with an eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Own trafficking of Global and Regional content through established processes/portals for partner approvals and communicating feedback in a timely manner back to creative or team leads
- Establish best in class process for sample ordering from factory to properly close out external and internal seeding requests and deliver in a timely manner
- Lead communications with partners, merch, product and influencer marketing teams on seeding and gifting needs
- Assist with gathering partner insights and campaign examples for creative kickoffs. Work closely with product team to ensure campaign brief ladders back to product design
- Assist in gathering inputs of campaign reporting metrics from marketing channel leads to disseminate to cross-functional leadership and partners
- Develop and sustain relationship management with multiple partners. Be punctual, act with professionalism and empathy and regard confidentiality of both internal and external information sharing
