What believers are saying

  • June 24, 2026 GSA MAS placement shortens buying cycles for civilian agencies.
  • The DOJ MNF extension in November 2025 deepens a sticky investigative customer base.
  • March 2026 Army SBIR and 2026 MDA awards expand funded development through 2027.

What critics are saying

  • RII depends on Pentagon budgets; any FY2027 slowdown hits contract-heavy revenue immediately.
  • SHIELD and AIR FORCE wins favor incumbents; primes can compress RII margins in recompetes.
  • If PRIISM stalls adoption, RII becomes a services shop, losing software valuation.

What makes Research Innovations unique

  • PRIISM bundles C2 workflows, AI analytics, and coalition security into one platform.
  • RII won MDA SHIELD in January 2026, embedding across missile-defense procurement.
  • June 2026 Game Warden authorization opens PRIISM on IL5 and IL6 networks.
