Requirements
  • Strong experience supporting revenue teams of over 200 sellers
  • 10+ years working in a Revenue / Operations function with high-growth startup or tech company
  • 5+ years leading teams of min 5 revenue operations team members
  • Proven track record of leading successful strategic planning initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
  • Great at “story-lining” to build strategic narratives or to present options sets for executive decisions
  • Excellent judgment, mature personality, and experience dealing with executives
  • Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working with sales leadership, and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote organization
  • Independent problem-solver and self-starter able to manage complex projects end-to-end from design to execution to delivering outsized impact
  • Excellent data modeling, presentation skills and demonstrated experience providing data-driven business insights
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) required, and Visualisation Tools (Looker) is a nice to have
Responsibilities
  • Oversee Deel's revenue organization operations and processes to identify strategic initiatives to drive the revenue organization to it's long-term growth and development
  • Assess, manage and implement key strategic initiatives with a focus on growth and maximizing revenue potential
  • Conduct regular environmental scans to identify opportunities and threats that might hinder or impact the company's ability to achieve objectives
  • Identify and track key performance indicators used to measure progress against strategic objectives
  • Serve as the thought leader within the revenue organization, providing guidance and direction on strategic planning initiatives
  • Drive GTM strategies based on gathered business insights and data analysis driven from central Data / Operations teams
  • Support the revenue leadership teams with key business decisions, and execute the rollouts of global projects
  • Establish an annual, quarterly and monthly planning and review framework across the revenue teams, and support the Leadership / HR / Talent Acquisition teams to build the organization up at scale
  • Act as the coordination and centralization point for wider Process, System, Deal Generation, Enablement and other Operations activities that impact the Global Revenue organization
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems, gather data, enable and train; all with the overall purpose of building up profitable and efficient growth across the global revenue teams
  • Manage a global team to lead sales forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts
  • Work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Revenue Operations groups, on implementing large scale projects to help Deel grow
