The Guest Experience Specialist will play a vital role as the representative for Analog Devices Inc. Headquarters Visitor Center. The candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills and a professional demeanor and presence. The Guest Experience Specialist will greet all guests upon arrival and ensure that their visit to ADI starts off positively. This role will also support the campus employees in a variety of ways.
The Guest Experience Specialist will report to the Employee Experience Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Liaison between guest and ADI contact by
- Greeting guests professionally upon arrival
- Providing guests with visitor badges
- Keeping guest informed on when their host will arrive
- Making guests comfortable while waiting, offering coffee, water etc.
- Be familiar with the campus (locations and services) to direct people and answer questions to the best of their knowledge
- Oversee employee seating:
- Assigning and vacating seats for employees
- Updating seating database with all changes
- Creating weekly seating report with adds, vacates and moves
- Add funds to Purchase Orders as requested for vendor payments
- Liaison for employees to book restricted conference rooms
- Order catering for employee meetings
- Familiarize yourself with Senior Leadership Executive Assistants to meet on-demand requests
- Oversee scheduled activities in the Hub and assist as needed
- Work closely with facilities, cafe, janitorial and security personnel
- Answer calls that go to the operator and route them to the proper employee
- Accept occasional deliveries for employees and contact appropriate person for pick up
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with different personalities and temperaments
- Able to multitask and problem solve when issues arise
- Sensitive to confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite office applications
- Efficient at record keeping
- Notary Public service for employees – will train/license
- Flexibility – additional tasks as needed
Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of guest/hospitality experience or customer service experience required
- Associates Degree in Hospitality and/or Business Management or suitable experience in similar position(s)
