Requirements
  • Solid understanding of the data product development lifecycle for SaaS, release management, and the challenges of deploying data products, analytics, and complex data infrastructures at scale.
  • Proactive attitude towards acquiring a thorough end-to-end understanding and expertise to foster the adoption of Komodo's core data models, data integrations, and APIs.
  • Robust grasp of non-functional requirements such as governance, scalability, usability, and maintainability in the context of data products.
  • Experience in software delivery within an agile framework, with a deep knowledge of Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Skilled at identifying process inefficiencies, capacity planning and the ability to develop strategies, influence stakeholders, implement solutions, and measure outcomes.
  • Proficient in using project management, data analysis, and team collaboration tools, such as the G Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, Product roadmapping tool.
  • Capable of driving discussions towards effective solutions by engaging the appropriate stakeholders, considering all options, balancing business needs, and managing timelines for successful execution and delivery.
  • Committed to fostering strong collaboration among cross-functional teams with potentially competing priorities, maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Continuous learner, intellectually honest, committed to excellence, eager for challenges, and dedicated to problem solving.
