Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited institution.

Responsibilities
  • New Product Development: Engage in in-depth research and innovative thinking to identify market trends and help create new products that address consumer needs and preferences.
  • Market Research: Analyze the competitive landscape using various data sources to conduct thorough competitive analyses and inform strategic product development.
  • Partner Meetings: Actively participate in weekly meetings with key external partners, tracking project progress, documenting detailed notes, and ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Documentation Control: Collect, organize, and review documentation related to product development and compliance.
  • Product Sampling and Feedback: Oversee in-office sampling of new products, collect and analyze feedback, and communicate findings to external partners to refine and enhance product offerings.
  • Manage Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with manufacturing partners, ingredient suppliers, and internal Supply Chain, Creative, and Marketing teams to facilitate smooth project execution and accelerate the launch of new products to the market.
