- 7+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and branding
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience leading and managing design projects, including collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Strong communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts and ideas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred, but not required
- Develop and maintain the visual brand identity, including layouts, typography, color palettes, and other visual elements
- Define brand guidelines and systems to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead the design of all brand-related materials, including individual classes, original series, product elements, and new swings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Performance, Product, and Content, to ensure brand alignment across all channels
- Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior designers, ensuring high-quality design work and timely delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative
- Be a strategic thinker with a proven history of working at a high-level and delivering effective design solutions, with an understanding of the business context of their work
- Tie design concepts back to business insights and data, and be able to articulate how design decisions impact the company's overall goals and objectives
- Be a strong marketing collaborator with experience working with copywriters, art directors, photographers, editors, and animators across a range of disciplines including advertising, brand identity, performance marketing, product design, and email design systems
- Have experience working with and managing outside vendors, including production houses or advertising agencies
- Experience working with digital media and video production
- Experience designing for e-commerce and subscription-based products
- Experience working in house and agency side
- Experience in leading design teams
