We are looking for a talented, creative, insightful, hands-on, action-oriented intern to join us for the summer. As a PX Services Intern at Zoom, you will help identify and develop solutions to some of the complex problems companies experience while scaling.
This candidate will be a self-starter who is meticulously organized and able to coordinate, provide design input, and track status for multiple projects concurrently. This is a dynamic position that requires critical thinking, flexibility, and the ability to shift priorities frequently while maintaining attention to detail and achieving high-quality standards.
This paid internship is for a duration of 12 weeks during the summer of 2023. The program offers cutting-edge projects, as well as a mix of additional types of learning in areas of leadership and business acumen -- and is packed full of fun!
Your responsibilities will include the oversight and management of two key projects this summer:
Partner closely with the PX Services team, as well as stakeholders across the business to get a strong understanding of where Zoom is, where it is headed, and how we can effectively engage our Global Zoomies
Key representative in the transformation of People Services who will work on reviewing content and testing end-user experience.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 18 years old, currently enrolled in an accredited academic institution completing an undergraduate degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, organizational psychology, or a similar degree in a related field
Organized, resourceful problem-solver, reliable team player, a nimble learner, and demonstrated high attention to detail and follow-through to project completion
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Values differences and willing to hear all perspectives in a collaborative way
Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
A passion for Zoom’s mission, vision, values, and culture

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
