Requirements
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience, including preparatory experience.
  • Experience working directly with ATM technology is highly preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
  • Ability to work both as a part of a team and independently, maintaining effective communication with management and team members.
  • Be available for on-call after hours and on weekends.
  • Sense of urgency, and exceptional organizational skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools while working with ATM machines.
Responsibilities
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of ATM hardware related issues including component level replacement, cleaning, adjustment, and preventative maintenance.
  • Possess a general understanding of ATM software, how it works, and how to use it in troubleshooting hardware issues. Possess basic knowledge of supporting ATM applications, what they do, and who to contact in the event a repair is needed.
  • Perform basic analysis of branch cash machine/recycler errors and escalate to the supporting vendor as needed.
  • Maintain part inventory based on serviceable equipment and product knowledge.
  • Manage incoming tickets and identify priority, communicate with incident requestors, and update/close comments as needed.
