  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, engagement, outreach and/or related experience
  • Facilitation experience with the willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients as well as internal project management teams and community engagement teams.
  • Support and or run and or facilitate public meetings (virtual and in-person).
  • Develop strategic communication and engagement plans and implement their projects.
  • Develop specific communication and engagement content.
  • Review engagement work products developed by other ICF staff, clients, and other contractors or subcontractors.
  • Provide leadership to ensure tasks are completed to meet clients’ satisfaction.
  • Provide facilitation support to high profile and controversial projects.
