Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and train staff on human resources policies and procedures.
  • Direct onboarding, open enrollment, and hiring processes.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, compliance, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Partner with firm leadership to achieve key strategic initiatives.
  • Supervise the Human Resources Coordinator in day-to-day duties.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace issues.
  • Administer performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and corrective action.
  • Coordinate employee training, development, and continuing education programs.
  • Administer leaves of absence, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and disability claims.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Oversee human resources information system data integrity and generate reports for leadership as needed.
  • Support workplace safety initiatives and manage workers' compensation claims.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
  • Monitor and communicate changes in employment law to ensure ongoing organizational compliance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional in Human Resources certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • Experience working at a professional services firm.
