Responsibilities
- Complete extensive training across all departments to learn all aspects of the entertainment center business.
- Ensure a fun atmosphere.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting the guest experience.
- Clean the location.
- Validate compliance and training.
- Act as Manager on Duty.
- Report product and service issues.
- Maintain quality of inventories.
- Complete delivery check-ins.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage is preferred.
- Develop team members, navigate chaos, motivate others, thrive in ambiguity, and cultivate exceptional guest experiences.
- Solve problems, maintain cleanliness, take initiative, manage the floor, demonstrate budget proficiency, and apply a passion for hospitality.
