Responsibilities
  • Leading and directing the staff in the execution of a >800 staff member support contract
  • Providing interface to the government contracting office, consolidated support office, and engineering technical stakeholders
  • Ensuring deliverables are provided within the required timeline
  • Coordinating staff efforts to demonstrate collaboration across the contract
  • Organizing team and re-balancing efforts to ensure priority efforts are staffed and executing for the government team
  • Controlling cost and labor hour execution within ceilings
  • Engaging with customers to ensure the program is meeting the needs of the government for both technical support and contract execution
  • Proactively engaging with customers to identify opportunities for organic growth on the existing contracts
  • Tracking opportunities for follow on work opportunities to ensure continuation of efforts for the engineering staff
  • Establishing trust with the government customers, across the Parsons staff, and with our subcontract partners
