Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience in compensation analysis and program administration
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and compensation benchmarking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with HR Technology Systems and Compensation Tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and administer broad-based salary and short-term variable programs
  • Direct, design, and plan compensation policies with an emphasis on operations commission plans
  • Drive organization-wide projects including strategy, execution, and communication activities
  • Participate in job evaluation process, conduct salary benchmarking, create salary ranges, and provide recommendations
  • Analyze internal and external market data, prepare and present recommendations
  • Work closely with senior management to manage pay and rewards programs
  • Facilitate compensation planning processes and administration of merit and bonus calculations
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to ensure employee compensation attracts key talent
  • Oversee compensation-related tools and identify areas for process improvement
