The Opportunity:
We are looking for a senior product manager to help define and guide our Technology Industry Products. Our initial focus is solutions to power technology product and services companies shift to everything-as-a-service (XaaS) products.
This outbound product manager role is both customer facing and cross-functional. You would support customer briefings and develop content for business and technical leaders and work cross-functionally with sales, field enablement, marketing, and partners.

- Drive product strategy that sets our Tech Industry customers and ServiceNow up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue
- Work directly with the “innovator” Tech Industry and IT Services giants as design partners and product advisory council members
- Communicate product priorities, build consensus, and get our field team and partners excited about our roadmap
- Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
- Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Translate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 10+ years of software product management experience
- 10+ years working with or in SaaS, Cloud or IT Services customers with a deep passion and understanding of what it takes for them to be successful in customer, cloud, and managed services operations
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platform
- Good at developing demo narratives and messaging
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Experience driving solution development
For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $183,000 - $329,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
