Requirements
  • At least 7 years of HR business partner or equivalent experience in fast-moving, global, high-growth technology organizations, ideally supporting Industry Relations & Strategic Growth, Partners, or Go-To-Market Operations and Sales Enablement.
  • A proven track record of designing and executing talent strategies that drive business outcomes, improve performance, and enable growth.
  • High-level understanding of Go-To-Market operating models, Software as a Service and Communications Platform as a Service sales-motion dynamics, enablement frameworks, and partner ecosystem strategies.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders, provide data-driven recommendations, and navigate complex, cross-functional decision-making.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and talent retention strategies at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the trusted human resources advisor to one senior vice president and four vice presidents across Industry Relations & Strategic Growth, Partners, and Go-To-Market Operations and Sales Enablement, shaping talent strategies that drive revenue enablement, partner ecosystem expansion, and organizational performance across Product, Sales, and Finance touchpoints.
  • Learn and understand the business, anticipate talent needs and capability gaps at scale, and understand Software as a Service and Communications Platform as a Service Go-To-Market dynamics, sales enablement methodologies, partner ecosystems, and strategic growth drivers.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and strategic trade-offs on organizational design, talent allocation, capability planning, and resourcing.
  • Partner with leaders to cultivate a high-performing, agile, and inclusive culture aligned with business and workforce priorities.
  • Navigate workforce planning, artificial intelligence adoption, and reorganizations with empathy, clarity, and influence to drive stakeholder alignment and adoption.
  • Provide confidential one-on-one coaching to senior leaders to enhance strategic thinking, drive change-management initiatives, and improve performance.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, skills-gap analysis, and capability assessments to ensure the supported teams are structured for optimal execution.
  • Partner with Talent Development and Learning teams to evaluate talent pipelines, successor readiness, and critical skill needs.
  • Design global organizational structures that balance operational efficiency, responsiveness, and cross-functional agility.
  • Develop succession planning, mobility strategies, and retention frameworks for key roles.
  • Use human resources analytics, predictive workforce modeling, and artificial-intelligence-enabled tools to generate actionable insights and guide evidence-based leadership decisions.
  • Partner with the People Data Solutions and Artificial Intelligence team to develop and scale artificial-intelligence-powered assistants and data-orchestration frameworks that optimize insights, streamline analytics processes, and integrate multiple data sources.
  • Monitor and integrate external workforce trends, emerging research methodologies, and new technologies to enhance workforce strategy and advise on emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives for executives, influencing decisions on talent, structure, and organizational design.
  • Assess workflows to understand the future of work and the changes needed to activate it.
  • Drive adoption of new human resources programs, artificial intelligence tools, and workforce strategies across distributed global teams.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Promote initiatives that embed equity, inclusion, and belonging across the marketing organization.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience leading human resources business partner strategy for global teams of more than 200 employees across multiple regions, including NAMER, APJ, LATAM, and EMEA.
  • Prior experience managing change initiatives related to artificial intelligence adoption, Go-To-Market restructures, or enablement digital transformations.
  • Advanced analytics or people-insights experience, including using artificial intelligence or automation to inform workforce decisions.
  • Experience advising executive leadership on complex workforce challenges, including critical skill gaps, high-potential pipelines, and organizational redesign.

Twilio's Q2 revenue jumps 22% to $1.5B, stock surges 15.7%
