What is The Role:

Elastic is searching for a French Public Sector Account Executive to acquire and expand our public customer base. As a Public AE, you will be focused on building new business and growing the Elastic footprint within new and existing Public Sector customers whilst also ensuring that those customers are successfully leveraging Elastic across their organization. What You Will Be Doing:

Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within the French Public Sector
Consultative Selling: Identify business challenges and create proposals for prospects and customers
Uncovering new and diverse applications use cases to enable our users to work smarter, not harder
Collaborating across Elastic business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience
Create clear Goals, thorough qualification and accurate forecasting

What You Will Bring:

A track-record of success in selling complex software based solutions into French Public Sector accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references
Know how the French Public Sector functions, what frameworks they follow and how RFPs are successfully concluded.
A deep understanding and preferably experience selling into the ecosystem we live in, including Enterprise Search, Logging, SIEM, APM and Cloud
The ability to build relationships and credibility with both Developers and Executives
Problem solving skills that require a Holistic approach in order to understand the bigger picture
Predictable, structured and accurate forecasting capabilities, Experienced SFDC and Clari user, not scared of the MEDDIC Qualification Framework.
Excellent Time Management Skills and high level of Entrepreneurial spirit.
An appreciation for the Open Source go-to-market model and the community of users who rely on our solutions every single day
Native French speaker and Fluency in English
