Requirements
  • High school/GED required
  • 1 - 3 years relevant work experience required
  • Must have knowledge and experience with Outlook Email, Calendar, and SharePoint
  • Must be able to communicate registrar’s related policies and procedures verbally and through written correspondence (email, phone, in person)
  • Candidate should be fluent in Spanish
  • Must be able to handle issues with a student’s record involving registration, restrictions, billing, and various registrar’s documents
Responsibilities
  • Meets and greets the public, including current and former students, faculty, staff, and other visitors, in a professional and courteous manner - either in person, or via email or telephone communications
  • Unifies communications between Student Accounts (CBO), Registrar and Office of Financial Aid, as well as the various schools/colleges within the University to resolve and or facilitate student registration, transcript ordering, account problem resolution and the collection of student information as needed
  • Handles transcripts and account inquires received by email, phone, and walk-ins
  • Responds to calls in a timely manner
  • Communicates effectively with various University offices to expedite processing of requests when needed
  • Manages difficult customers in a professional and courteous manner. Must have excellent communication skills
  • Collaborates and assist with other duties as assigned
