We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our Teamwork team! As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the end users of the Teamwork product via email and phone. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
Responsibilities:
- Understand complex client questions
- Identify clients needs and help them use specific features
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding support issues
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved
- Present deeper features to encourage product adoption
- Communicate and document known issues to managers
- All efforts result in successful usage of the product by client
Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience with restaurant operations required (servers, bartenders, hosts, back of house, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience using Point-of-Sale systems (either in a support or end-user capacity)
- 1+ years of experience in Technical Support/Customer Service
- Enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box
- Proven ability to convey complex step-by-step instructions in layman’s terms
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
- Experience implementing, training, and supporting SpotOn Restaurant POS a plus
- Innately love and care for others, and are driven to see clients and team members succeed.
- Ability to maintain professionalism amidst a vast range of client personalities.
- Ability to work as a team, with a supportive, creative, solution-minded disposition.

Compensation:
- Our base pay range starts at $18-$20/hour for this role
- Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
