Responsibilities
  • Gérer l'intégration des praticiens: Facilitate a rapid and smooth onboarding process for new practitioners (psychologists, coaches, therapists), ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and that they have the information and resources needed to start working with Moka.Care as quickly as possible.
  • Rechercher de nouveaux praticiens: Identify qualified practitioners, in France and abroad, to strengthen our network and meet company needs. Participate in the acquisition process by conducting initial screening interviews to qualify candidates, then coordinate the next steps with the team.
  • Assurer le bon déroulé des séances individuelles for nos membres: create and update practitioner pages, manage availabilities and booking modalities, and monitor beneficiary satisfaction.
  • Mener des projets: Participate in projects and ad-hoc initiatives, such as coordinating filming and editing videos with practitioners, or implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

It blends professional care (one-on-one sessions with psychologists, therapists, and coaches) with group workshops and digital self-care content for employees, plus HR tools for action plans and wellbeing programs.
