- Perform machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specifications and quality standards.
- Respond to alarms and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet standards.
- Address and resolve processing issues to meet customer requirements and understand issues created by upstream conveyance, forming, and cutting processes to support efficient and timely changeovers and minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper waste disposal procedures to prevent environmental pollution.
- Work 12-hour shifts according to the posted Monday–Thursday or Friday–Sunday schedule.
- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management.
