Requirements
  • Bachelor's with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; 0 - 2 years of experience
  • Beginner knowledge of banking, including understanding of bank products, services, and regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills
  • MS Office proficiency required
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain firm's pricing tool for all loan and deposit products
  • Assist in developing and maintaining firm's allocation processes and methodologies, including Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Capital Allocation, Provision and Cost Allocations
  • Assist in forecasting all above processes during firm's annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly forecast
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, which include key performance metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and commentary
  • Develop clear, concise written summations of complex analytical work
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested
