Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience in building and leading an HRBP team to drive impactful HR strategies.
  • Proven expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development, with experience managing transformational initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex HR strategies into actionable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Background in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments is an advantage.
  • Prior international/cross regional experiences working in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Global Pipeline and G&A senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance that aligns with their business priorities and drives competitive advantage.
  • Leverage data insights to support workforce planning, organizational structure, talent acquisition, and other HR needs critical to business success.
  • Develop and lead a team of HRBPs dedicated to supporting the Global Pipeline and G&A functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within HR.
  • Ensure that the HRBP team is equipped with the tools and expertise needed to proactively address business needs and provide exceptional HR support.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition teams to design and execute a comprehensive talent strategy, focused on developing leadership pipelines, enhancing skill growth, and providing a high-quality talent pool to support both the Global Pipeline and G&A functions.
  • Partner with G&A leaders to understand specific talent needs within Finance, Legal, Ops, IT, and other corporate functions, tailoring strategies to attract and retain critical talents.
  • Design and implement organizational structures that support the strategic goals of both Global Pipeline and G&A, ensuring agility and readiness for future growth.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness, enabling the teams to adapt to evolving business needs and market conditions.
  • Foster a culture that supports engagement, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring a work environment where employees feel motivated and empowered.
  • Implement employee engagement programs that align with company values and promote a high-performance culture within Global Pipeline and G&A.
  • Act as the link between Pipeline, G&A, and global HR leadership to ensure HR strategies and policies are seamlessly integrated, balancing global consistency with the unique needs of each business unit.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to apply best practices in talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational development, and total rewards, aligning HR strategies with the long-term goals of Global Pipeline and G&A.
  • Foster strong partnerships with regional HRBP teams to customize global HR practices for local requirements, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
