Requirements
  • 2+ years of Workday HCM experience
  • Experience with Core HCM, Benefits, and Absence Management preferred
  • International experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong ethics
  • Fundamental technical understanding of Workday HCM or other HCM application
  • Technical aptitude and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Strong Excel and other Microsoft applications skills
  • Strong analytic skills with a demonstrated understanding of HR data management
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide Workday HCM support to analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS
  • Focus on end-to-end production support for Workday and other HR systems
  • Provide end-user support including root cause analysis and resolution through ticketing system
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through audits and controls
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on effective reports and analytics
  • Provide testing and support for new configurations or deployments
  • Train first-line regional HR support on business processes in HRIS systems
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability
