Requirements
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  • The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Department of Defense security clearance. A Secret clearance is required to start. The candidate must be able to obtain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.
  • The candidate must have 5+ years of experience performing reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis of software, hardware, and network communications.
  • The candidate must have experience with embedded systems.

Radiance Technologies has engaged Major General (Ret.) Timothy A. Sejba as a strategic consultant to guide the company's space-related technologies and capabilities. Sejba brings nearly three decades of experience across the US Air Force and US Space Force. During his military career, Sejba served as Special Assistant to the Vice Chief of Space Operations and Commander of Space Training and Readiness Command. He also held Programme Executive Officer roles for Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power at Space Systems Command, with earlier assignments at the National Reconnaissance Office and Defence Threat Reduction Agency. In his consulting role, Sejba will analyse potential markets across the Department of Defence and advise Radiance leadership on strategic vision related to space capabilities.
