  • Guide clients through best practices in implementing Prelim’s solutions, helping them optimize their internal processes.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.
  • Analyze client needs and translate those into workflow configurations that deliver real value.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback and insights that help improve the platform.
  • Continuously review and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for both internal teams and clients.
