Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to explain how our products and services function, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits.
  • Work with our technology to create customized workflows and templates, and being the subject matter expert on how to navigate a customers workflow needs.
  • Collaborate with customers and our engineering team to ensure our equipment meets all system requirements, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary technical support during the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, fostering trust and acceptance of our products and services.
  • Plan and coordinate modifications to existing products to meet evolving consumer demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in resolving any issues related to product usage, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Recommend new and improved products to customers, explaining how our solutions can be more cost-effective and beneficial for their needs.
