Sales Development Representative, SDR (EMEA)
Description: Sumo Logic is seeking a new Sales Development Manager (SDR) to support our EMEA sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in sales.
Role Overview: As an SDR, you will play a critical role in our sales process and in the success of our EMEA sales team by proactively identifying, nurturing, and creating new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identity, and prospect for new customers
- Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with potential customers.
- Follow up and engage with prospects (including C-suite/directors)
- Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects.
- Leverage a modern prospecting tech stack including 6Sense, Linkedin, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Outreach, Orum, Qualified, etc.…
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to establish a joint territory "plan-of-attack," which includes identifying prospects and targeting them with the right messaging at the right time.

- Hunter mentality, self-motivated, self-starter, takes initiative
- Previous experience in a lead generation role
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
- Well-organized and has strong follow-through
- Wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- History of quota over-achievement
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
