Compensation Overview

Salary Range: 125000 to 185000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

• Evaluate, plan, direct, and communicate to stakeholders on actionable proposals relating to production capabilities, manufacturing flow and equipment efficiency, technology advancement and economic trends.
• Ensures that improvements in programs utilize meaningful data and inputs from operations performance, customer research and company insights.
• Focus on improving operational flow, COG reduction, and integration of automation in Wyld’s manufacturing process. 
• Clearly communicate with department leaders, stake holders, and company leadership, improving cross functional alignment and ensuring consistent strategy and accurate information is funneled to the appropriate team members.
• Create and present quality reports that analyze internal and external standards, by defining operational KPIs, manufacturing variations, technology interdependencies, and supporting processes. 
• Oversee and lead the Operational Excellence department encompassing Automation and Equipment, Food Safety and Quality, and Process Improvement; ensuring effective and efficient implementation of improvement programs as well as multi-department audit structure. 
• Provide technical support on large-scale projects (such as ERP integration), as needed, with assistance from other departments and departmental leaders for better cross-company synergy. 
• Assist and oversee the completion and upkeep of training documents relating to technical operations and processes, ensuring comprehension and compliance with highly detailed outlined procedures.
• Stay on the leading edge of automation and technical solutions, trends in operations, automation, hardware and software to benefit immediate and long-term business challenges

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational leadership or continuous improvement role with a heavy focus on leading strategy and teams across wide geographical areas 
• Demonstrated experience as a change agent with advanced skills in project management, critical and analytical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to realize and implement innovative solutions, especially in the face of structurally complex or changing situations.
• Working knowledge of core and advanced mathematical and technological principles. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and professionally interact with a wide range of stakeholders and various levels within the company
• Proficiency and experience with Hardware and Software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, Business Central and other relevant software
• Advanced knowledge of technical operating or other relevant hardware 
• Hands on experience using modern Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, Kanban, TPI, A3,5S Six Sigma etc.) preferred. 
• High level of technical accuracy and ability to perform advanced visual quality inspection on products
• State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Will be required to submit to a background check
• Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications
• Travel between sites will be required
