The Opportunity
Platform Product is a team of exceptional product managers and product designers that define, drive, and align product direction for Netflix’s cloud infrastructure, developer, and data platforms. Our primary mission is to provide a platform that enables the business to scale effectively and efficiently, and that accelerates the productivity of Netflix engineers, data scientists, and machine learning practitioners. We prioritize the most impactful opportunities by deeply understanding and synthesizing business & customer needs, data & insights, and industry trends into long-term product vision & strategy with roadmaps and experience design to get us there, ensuring we measure success along the way.
To further our mission, we’re seeking a Product Operations Lead. This role will help establish efficient feedback management systems, drive customer communication programs, and provide key product analytics. These practices will accelerate our ability to synthesize data, insights, and industry trends into our long-term product vision & strategy. Ultimately, these contributions will help scale our team more efficiently and align our efforts with the most impactful opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Establish user feedback management models to collect and synthesize user feedback from multiple channels, such as in-product surveys, support channels, and product feedback and feature requests.
- Drive complex programs end to end, such as product newsletters and satisfaction surveys.
- Build and maintain a core set of product analytics dashboards, automated reports, and metrics insights leveraged by the product team.
- Apply analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions that will help us achieve our strategic goals.
- Assist product teams in scaling through internal team prioritization, planning, scheduling, resource management, and program tracking.
- Collaborate successfully with product managers, technical program managers, product designers, and engineering teams.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of applicable program management, product operations, or similar experience in a technology environment.
- Experience with user feedback management tooling like UserVoice, Airtable, Qualtrics, and Sprig.
- Data analytical skills to build and maintain dashboards and reports for key product metrics.
- Demonstrated delivery of large-scale programs, preferably multiple successful product launches.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multi-task across competing priorities.
- A willingness to fail and learn. Earnest, mature, and ego-free. You welcome candid feedback and can constructively give it as well.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $200,000 - $500,000.
