Responsibilities

  • Initiate escalations for cases requiring extensive troubleshooting
  • Meet with customers to identify core needs and challenges to prevent churn
  • Communicate trending questions, issues, and product suggestions internally
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Assist ShipStation support staff with resolving escalated customer conversations
