  • AON3D is looking for a full-time Human Resources (HR) Director to hire as a foundational team member to lead various human resources programs. The organization has gone through exceptional growth in 2022 and will be embarking on a new growth phase shortly. Your role as an HR Director will be far from one-dimensional. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the HR department's operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole
  • You will be expected to work with our senior leaders to develop their people strategies and then play a hands-on role in the implementation. You'll create and own a wide range of HR programs, like training, performance management, and employee benefits. You will be a key player in the growth of our team by enabling the development of our world class Culture, so we are looking for an individual who has previous experience establishing an HR department from the ground up, and has lived the first waves of growth in a startup company
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience as an HR Generalist
  • Must have experience building an HR department or function within a scaling HR department
  • Experience with managing multi-national based companies including handling compliance and labor regulations is an asset
  • Excellent ability to handle and incorporate technology into their daily workflow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills in both English and French
